About the Program

Caring for someone with autism is a full-time commitment and it's easy to put your own wellbeing last. Caring for the Carers is a free program designed just for you: a space to walk, breathe, connect, and learn practical tools for looking after yourself, alongside other carers who understand exactly what you're going through. Choose one session or come to all four, whatever works for you.
