About the event
Caring for someone with autism is a full-time commitment, and it's easy to put your own wellbeing last. Caring for the Carers is a free program designed just for you — a space to walk, breathe, connect, and learn practical tools for looking after yourself, alongside other carers who understand exactly what you're going through.
This session: Walk & Talk Coffee 1
Join us for a relaxed morning walk in nature, followed by time to connect over a drink and morning tea. No pressure, no pace to keep, just fresh air and good company with people who understand.
What's included: Coffee or water, plus morning tea.
