About the event

You are warmly invited to join us for a special morning tea created for parents and carers of children with Autism or additional needs.

Caring for a child with unique needs is a journey filled with love, strength and resilience, but it can also feel overwhelming and lonely at times.

This gathering offers a welcoming and supportive space where carers can take a break from daily demands, enjoy a coffee or tea with some light refreshments.

There is no agenda, no pressure and no expectations, just a safe space to relax, share stories, exchange experiences and build meaningful connections with people who are walking a similar path.

Whether you would like to talk or listen or learn from others, your most welcome to join our community.

Here at Help You Cope we have created a community of understanding, encouragement and support.
