Invitation to Carers
Our support group is a welcoming space for carers to come together, support one another, and receive support in return. Join us for a relaxed morning tea where you can connect with like-minded individuals who truly understand the journey of caregiving.
It's a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can share your experiences, listen to others, and just be yourself without worry.
Held at Leaps and Bounds OT in Wetherill Park, located upstairs on the opposite side of Fernwood Gym and across from the Medical Centre.
Help You Cope group provides a peaceful setting for carers to unwind, find understanding, and build a supportive community.
