About the event
To celebrate Mother's Day, we warmly invite ALL carer mothers in our community to join us for a special FREE event created just for you. As a carer support group, at Help You Cope; we understand the dedication, strength, and compassion you give every day, this is our opportunity to celebrate and support you in return.
Come along to a relaxed and welcoming 'Paint Session" where you can unwind and connect with other mums who share similar experiences, enjoy some light refreshments, and express yourself creatively with likeminded company.
No artistic experience is needed this is simply a space to take some time out to breathe, create and connect.
We hope you can join us to enjoy some well-deserved appreciation and a little creative fun!
